These units are designed for Well Water, where Iron, Hydrogen Sulfide or Manganese is an issue. They
can be used on City water also. If you are experiencing iron stains, “rotten-egg” odor, then this may be
the filter you are looking for! Without the use of chemicals, provided there is no bacteria present, our
special media and a unique Air-Draw system oxidize these minerals and get rid of these unpleasant
conditions. Fully automatic, self-cleaning, requires electricity & drain. *Note: water must be
bacteriologically safe and no algae present. If needed, chemical pretreatment or UV sanitization is
required.
